Online and Distance Sales

For online and distance purchases, our policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

 

1. Right to Cancel:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods

• Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the items.

• Security tags must remain intact and undamaged. If they are tampered with or removed, we reserve the right to decline the return.

2. Process for Cancellation:

• To cancel your order, please contact us at info@vamacollections.co.uk with your order details.

• You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation and instructions for returning the items.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Security tags must remain intact and undamaged. If they are tampered with or removed, we reserve the right to decline the return.

4. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please note we charge a £7.50 return fee on all orders returned. 

5. Return Shipping Costs:

• For all cancellations the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise informed.

6. Customised Items:

• Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are not as described.
